Core Technology: The HPW-250’s core homogenization mechanism features a diamond-shaped interlocking chamber (available in Y or Z configurations), with internal fixed microchannels that ensure consistent and uniform particle size results across batches.
Homogenization Pressure: Utilizing a bidirectional pressurization design, the system achieves a maximum pressure of 60,000 psi (420 MPa) and is equipped with a high-definition touchscreen control system and a pressure data visualization interface.
Low Residual Volume and Sample Volume: Minimum sample volume of 3,000 mL with a residual volume of approximately 1 mL. The high-precision dual-valve channel design allows flexible switching between material inlet and outlet ports, minimizing material waste.
Sanitary-Grade Materials: All materials in contact with the product are GMP- and FDA-approved, including 316L and 17-4PH stainless steel, tungsten carbide, zirconia, and high-molecular-weight polyethylene.
Precise Temperature Control: Can be equipped with a sanitary-grade temperature control system to effectively lower material temperature and ensure activity.
Modular Design: Supports the addition of an intelligent overload protection system, online sampling interfaces, and data compliance recording (GMP/GLP), among other features.

Unlike traditional mixing and shearing, the high pressure microfluidic homogenizer uses pressures up to 400 MPa to drive materials through precision diamond-interlocking microchannels. Supersonic jets generate shear, impact, and cavitation forces that efficiently refine materials to the nanoscale with exceptional uniformity, far exceeding conventional methods.
Powered by ultra-high-pressure micro-jet technology, this nano homogenizer uses precisely controlled supersonic jets to reduce particle size from micron to nano scale, ensuring uniform distribution, consistent batches, and preserved bioactivity.
